Ai Group Apprentice and Trainee Centre and Atlas Copco Australia are currently recruiting for a Certificate III Supply Chain Operations Trainee to be based at Atlas Copcos Power Technique division in Blacktown NSW.

A Certificate III Supply Chain Operations Traineeship may involve:
Stock replenishment
Processing customer and dealers orders and enquiries for spare parts and capital equipment, including
Support customer requests to achieve best possible outcome via, phone, email, web enquiries, ShopOnline and Inventory Management System.
Interpretation of spare parts enquiries
Conduct regular communication with our customers, dealers and sales team to respond to and resolve enquiries.
Escalating leads to Sales team & dealers as appropriate
Run backorder reports weekly, monitor and action
Run, Monitor and action reports, production reports and shipping reports weekly.
Analysis of reporting and processes to Implement LEAN processes to streamline process, reduce waste & costs, excess and non-value activities.
Master-data maintenance, eg. Creating part numbers, updating pricing lists etc
You will also complete the nationally recognised Certificate III Supply Chain Operations Qualification.
