Business Administration Traineeship -Service Reception Trainee

Opportunity to complete a Business Traineeship with a reputable Automotive Dealership in Melbourne's South East

The Opportunity:
  
Complete your Business Traineeship with one of the oldest and largest multi franchised automotive dealers in Victoria.   
  
Being an entry level role, you will receive plenty of training and support to help you complete your Traineeship as a Service Reception Trainee

Position Details:

Location: Oakleigh VIC
Duration: 12 month Traineeship with the potential for ongoing employment
Hours of Work: 38 hour work week, Mon-Friday 8:45am-4:50pm

Duties may include:

• Reception duties, greeting customers as they arrive at the service centre
• Document service requests/prepare job cards
• Schedule service appointments
• Maintain up to date records of customer information and vehicle histories
• Process invoices, payments, and paperwork
• Handle data entry for warranty claims

About You:

• Must be an Australian citizen or have full Australian working rights
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
