Our client, Monash City Council, has a great opportunity for someone to gain valuable skills and experience in an office environment!
Location: Glen Waverley, VIC
Hours of Work: 8:30am-4:50pm Monday to Friday
Duration: 12 month fully paid Traineeship with potential for ongoing employment

About the role:
- You would be answering calls and email enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Preparation and processing documents, including hard copy files.
- Participate in team meetings as required
- Assisting across the Governance and Legal branch as required.
- Supportive team to help you complete your traineeship
- Gain exposure to and learn numerous skill-sets to help you start your career
- Gain a Nationally recognised Certificate III in Business (BSB30120) qualification
- Receive support from a dedicated mentor helping you complete your traineeship
- Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
- Good Communication and Time Management Skills
- Completed Secondary school or equivalent
- Strong computer skills- able to use Microsoft Office suite
- Able to prioritise and multi-task
