The Opportunity:
Our host company is a large manufacture and supply chain located in Albury, NSW. They are seeking a 1st Year Light Fabrication Welder Apprentice to join their team and undertake a 4-year apprenticeship.

Our host company is a large manufacture and supply chain located in Albury, NSW. They are seeking a 1st Year Light Fabrication Welder Apprentice to join their team and undertake a 4-year apprenticeship.

- A nationally recognised qualification
- Earn up to $5000 in Government Incentives
- Cutting, rolling, shaping, heating or hammering metal products to produce parts.
- Utilising various equipment such as hand and machine tools, welding equipment and Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machines.
- Utilising various techniques for assembling fabrication parts and structures.
- Aligning and fixing pieces together through welding, bolting or riveting.
- Operating Brake Press machines, and Turret Punching machines
- Adding finishing touches to products through cleaning, polishing, filing or applying protective or decorative finishes.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
- Completion of Year 10 High School
- Drivers Licence desirable but not essential
- Willing to undertake police check and pre employment medical if required
