Apprentice of the Month – August 2025: Ethan Brown

We’re proud to announce Ethan Brown as our Apprentice of the Month for August 2025!

Ethan is a third-stage electrical apprentice hosted to Mayfield Industries in Adelaide, and since beginning his apprenticeship, he has consistently shown that he has what it takes to succeed. His genuine desire to learn and grow—both technically and personally—has made him a standout among his peers.

Ethan approaches every task with initiative and a positive, committed attitude. His supervisors describe him as someone who leads by example, demonstrating maturity well beyond his experience level. While he may not hold a formal leadership role, his peers often look to him for guidance and support, recognising him as someone they can rely on.

Outside of work, Ethan is equally engaged and community minded. He’s passionate about basketball and has organised a social group that brings together friends, family, and former schoolmates to promote connection and wellbeing. He also enjoys working on cars, currently restoring an Austin Healey and regularly teaming up with mates to maintain and repair vehicles—a hobby that reflects his hands-on nature and collaborative spirit.

This award celebrates not only Ethan’s technical progress but also his leadership, initiative, and the positive energy he brings to every aspect of his life. He’s an asset to the team at Mayfield Industries, and we’re excited to see what the future holds for him.

Congratulations, Ethan! Your dedication and drive are inspiring, and we look forward to your continued success.
