An Apprentice going places! Max Neagle’s Global Journey
We are thrilled to announce that Max Neagle, a talented mechanical fitter apprentice hosted by ARB Corporation, has been awarded a prestigious scholarship through the BBM Global Footprint scholarships program. This incredible opportunity will see Max travel to Thailand to work at ARB’s advanced manufacturing facilities. This initiative is a perfect example of a commitment to fostering next-generation talent and global collaboration.
Max’s journey is a testament to his dedication and skill. While in Thailand, he will be immersed in ARB’s cutting-edge manufacturing processes and technology systems, gaining invaluable expertise in areas like robotics, quality control, and advanced production techniques. He’ll bring this knowledge back to ARB’s Kilsyth, Victoria, operations, helping to further enhance their local team’s capabilities and operational excellence. By integrating these global learnings, Max will not only grow professionally but also contribute directly to the innovation and efficiency of the company he works for.

This achievement is just one of many for Max, who was also recently shortlisted as a finalist for the 2025 AEN Apprentice of the Year awards, highlighting his outstanding progress and commitment to his trade. We want to extend a huge thank you to the entire team at ARB Kilsyth for their unwavering support and mentorship, which has been instrumental in Max’s success. Their dedication to nurturing his talent has laid the foundation for these remarkable accomplishments. We also express our sincere gratitude to the team at BBM Global Footprints for providing this life-changing opportunity, celebrating their centenary and a century of supporting life-changing journeys for young Australians.

We can’t wait to see the knowledge Max brings back and the positive impact it will have on his career and ARB’s operations. The future is indeed bright for this remarkable young apprentice.
