Lucy Roberts
Lucy started her Certificate III in Business Administration Traineeship earlier this year with our host organisation Stowe Australia in Canberra.
The team at Stowe were thrilled to hear that Lucy would be recognised for her great work. Nathan McKenna, Contract Administrator – Sydney Construction Division, said: “Lucy has become an integral part of our team since joining the Canberra Hospital Project. Her self-starting attitude, positive demeanour, willingness to learn and attention to detail are welcome attributes that will continue to see her grow and thrive in the work environment. We look forward to seeing Lucy continue to grow as her career develops.”
Chanon Ramos, Lucy’s Employment and Training Consultant and Albury Ai Group ATC Area Manager, said she was fully engaged in her traineeship and with the duties and tasks that came with it. She was also “smashing it” with her studies, with a nomination by her training provider for the Australian College Student of the Month Awards for the subject: Contribute to Sustainable Work Practices.
“Lucy has been exceptional right from the start,” Mr Ramos said.
“She has not let anything stop her from performing exceptionally well in her role. We are so proud of Lucy.”
