The Opportunity:
Mechanical Engineering (Fitter and Turner) Apprenticeship with a leading automation machine producer in Australia. You'll be involved with the manufacture and assembly of machines and equipment used in the food and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.
You'll receive training from a safety focused and supportive workshop while you build, fit, assemble, install the necessary components in the manufacture of machines that perform measured filling, bagging, sealing as well as robotic palletisers, and stretch wrappers.
Location: Seven Hills, NSW
Hours of work: 7am - 3:30 pm Monday-Friday

About the role:
- Learn to operate advanced machinery such as CNC Machines. lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
- Carry out manufacture of components that are used in the machinery
- Aid in troubleshooting mechanical issues and carry out preventative maintanance
- Support the installing and commissioning of new machinery and systems at customer locations
- Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
- Mature attitude and have a mechanical aptitude.
- Drivers license and reliable transport
- The ability to earn money while learning an in demand trade.
- Gain a nationally recognised Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering qualification
- Mentoring from experienced industry professionals throughout your apprenticeship
- All training fees and PPE paid for
