Business Administration Traineeship

Our Host Employer is an Australian owned and internationally recognised manufacturer/supplier of flexible hoses and expansion joints and they are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Trainee to join their team in Seven Hills. This role is ideal for someone looking to kickstart their career in a manufacturing setting, gaining administrative skills, with the opportunity to progress their career in business!

Location: Seven Hills, NSW
Duration: 12 months – Certificate III in Business-Customer Engagement (BSB30120)
Hours: Monday – Friday, either 8.00am – 4.00pm or 9.00am – 5.00pm
  
As a Business Trainee, you will be involved in a range of administrative tasks that support the day-to-day operations of the business. Key responsibilities include:

• Answering phones and directing enquiries via phone/email
• Performing basic administrative duties
• Taking and tracking orders and organising freight
• Working across the manufacturing team to learn the business operations of a manufacturer
• You will be supervised by experienced staff and supported throughout your traineeship.

• Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
• Minimum completion of Year 10 High School
• Driver’s License and reliable transport
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn
• Be well-presented and professional with the ability to communicate effectively
• Organised and reliable
• Interested in pursuing a career in business administration
