The Opportunity:
Just finished school or looking for a career change? We have an opportunity to start a career in the automotive industry as a Service Reception Trainee working alongside a friendly and supportive Service team at a well known dealership group.
This is a great opportunity to learn real world business and customer service skills while earning and gaining a Certificate III in Business at the same time. You'll be part of a team that helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes - from booking services to helping customers and handling important admin tasks.
Position Details:
Location: Oakleigh VIC
Duration: 12 month Traineeship with the potential for ongoing employment
Hours of Work: 38 hour work week, Mon-Friday 8:45am-4:50pm

Duties may include:
- Reception duties, greeting customers as they arrive at the service centre
- Document service requests/prepare job cards and schedule service appointments
- Maintain up to date records of customer information, vehicle history and warranty claims
- Process invoices, payments, and paperwork
- Must be an Australian citizen or have full Australian working rights
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable in a customer facing role
- Earn your nationally recognized certificate III in Business
- Great experience learning the automotive industry
- All training fees paid for
- The ability to earn money while completing your traineeship
- A dedicated field consultant to support you throughout your traineeship
