About the Role: Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management and automation, is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to begin their electrical apprenticeship at their Notting Hill site. This is a chance to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and safety-focused environment while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
Your Responsibilities Will Include: - Assisting qualified electricians with electrical installations and maintenance
- Learning to interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
- Supporting with basic wiring and cable termination tasks
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following safety procedures and using PPE correctly
Location & Hours: - Location: Notting Hill, VIC
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:06pm (38 hours/week)
Apprenticeship Details: - Duration: 4 year paid Apprenticeship
- Qualification: Certificate III in Electrotechnology (UEE30820)
- Support: Ongoing guidance from Ai Group Apprentice & Trainee Centre and Schneider Electric mentors
- Costs Covered: All training fees and PPE
What You Will Need: - Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Strong interest in electrical systems and safety
