From Apprentice to Achiever: Adam Celebrates Mechanical Engineering Journey

Pump Engineers in Clayton, Melbourne, recently held a special ceremony to mark the completion of our apprentice Adam Ceckiewicz of his apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering. The event, complete with a delicious lunch spit roast and Indian vegetable spread, celebrated not just Adam’s individual accomplishment, but also the power of collaboration between Ai Group Apprentice & Trainee Centre (ATC) and dedicated company like Pump Engineers.

Russell Gambling, Ai Group’s Employment & Training consultant, personally attended the ceremony to present Adam with his completion certificate. Reflecting on the journey, Russell shared, “Adam’s journey wasn’t always smooth sailing, There were moments when Adam questioned his decision of entering the Mechanical engineering field, but with the unwavering support from both ATC and Pump Engineers, we were able to guide him through those challenges and help him reach this significant milestone.”

Adam himself expressed his gratitude for the gift presented by Pump and his pride in his achievement. He acknowledged the challenges faced during his apprenticeship but emphasised the importance of the support systems in place. “I’m grateful to ATC and Pump Engineers for believing in me and helping me overcome hurdles,” he said. “This experience has equipped me with valuable skills and confidence to excel in my chosen career.”

Adam’s journey serves as a great example of the life-changing impact apprenticeships can have. It not only underscores the importance of individual dedication but also shines a light on the crucial role played by supportive people that can assist apprentices like family, friends, employers and organisations like Ai Group ATC. As Adam embarks on his career path, his story serves to encourage others to consider the rewarding opportunities offered by apprenticeships in the field of Mechanical Engineering.
Ai Group ATC thank the entire team at Pump Engineers for supporting Adam and other apprentices we have placed over the years.

Congratulations Adam on graduating from your apprenticeship and all the best for your career!
